Meet Brett Morgan
Founder of Riverside Drum Co. | Session & Touring Drummer | Performance Coach
Brett Morgan is one of the UK's most accomplished session and touring drummers, with a career spanning more than three decades at the very highest level of the music industry.
Throughout his career, Brett has performed, recorded and toured with an extraordinary range of world-renowned artists, including Freddie Mercury, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Westlife, Joss Stone, Emma Bunton, Greg Lake (Emerson, Lake & Palmer), Jon Anderson (Yes), Jon Lord (Deep Purple), RAYE, and many, many more.
Alongside his live and recording career, Brett has been the long-standing drummer on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, performing live each week with some of the UK's finest musicians. His experience also extends across international tours, television, theatre, studio recording and major live productions.
Away from the stage, Brett is a highly respected performance coach, working with musicians, actors and productions across film and television. His coaching credits include the Oscar-winning film Bohemian Rhapsody, together with productions for Netflix and DreamWorks, helping performers develop the musical authenticity, confidence and technical precision demanded by world-class productions.
Today, Brett brings that same wealth of experience to Riverside Drum Co., giving students the opportunity to learn directly from someone who has built a successful career at the very highest level of the profession.
